A Range of Hand Rollers to Assist with PSTC, TLMI, ASTM and FINAT Adhesive Testing Processes

Our range of Hand Rollers for designed to support the PSTC, TLMI, ASTM and FINAT adhesive testing processes.

Designed for the easy removal of the roll for calibration and replacement purposes. The hand roller frame is made from aluminum and the rollers are Teflon, hard coated for ease of cleaning and maintenance.

Certificates are available on request for an additional charge.

FINAT Hand Roller

• 2 Kg (4.4 lb) roller with a steel core and Shore scale A 80 durometer silicone rubber cover
• Diameter 85 mm (3.34”) Width 50 mm (1.97”)
• The legs on the handle extend beyond the circumference of the roller, to protect the roller surface
• Slots on the handle allow the roller axles to “float” only the weight of the roller during operation
• Meets the requirements of FINAT standard 2.1

4.5 lb Hand Roller

• 4.5 lb (2045g) roller with a steel core and Shore scale A 80 durometer silicone rubber cover
• Diameter 3.75” (95 mm) Width 1.75” (45mm)
• Legs on the handle extend beyond the circumference of the roller, to protect the roller surface
• Slots on the handle allow the roller axles to “float” only the weight of the roller during operation
• Meets the requirements of PSTC Appendage B, 2.8 and other industry standards

10 lb Hand Roller

• 10 lb (4540 g) roller with a solid steel core and an 8 RMS polished surface
• Diameter 5.00” (127 mm) Width of 1.75” (45 mm)
• Legs on handle extend beyond the circumference of the roller, to protect the roller surface
• Slots on the handle allow the roller axles to “float” only the weight of the roller during operation
• Meets the requirements of PSTC Appendage B, 2.8 and other industry standards
