Designed for QC Purposes

Dedicated to the Pick test, the IGT Amsterdam P is an automated printability tester with a single printing shaft and a camera based analysis system.

It is an integrated, camera based, analysis systems. The many standard test methods can be extended with user defined ones. The Amsterdam P is capable of performing all of the tests of the Global Standard Tester P, and the tests of a Global Standard Tester 3. This includes combinations of constant and increasing speed in one test method.

IGT Amsterdam P is especially designed for QC purposes. Ideal for in-line analysis of pick ISO 3783, as well as mottling, Heliotest, print penetration, IGT roughness and hydro-expansivity.

  • 1 – 6 printing shafts
  • Each can be equipped with a drive for printing in register if required
  • Very small time intervals, up from 0.02 seconds
  • Large number of test methods
  • Easy to operate
  • In-line analysis of several test methods
  • Export of scanned images and results
