MTT Manual Sample Strip Cutter

Prepares samples 1 inch (25.4 mm) or 15mm (0.55 inches) wide

Quickly prepares samples of two sizes, 1 inch (25.4 mm) or 15 mm (0.55″), for material to be tested for tensile, peel or seal strength. The cutting width is adjusted, by releasing the blades and moving them to the appropriate slots.

Cut Size Accuracy: +/- 0.5% of width, in accordance with Standard ASTM F88

The MTT Sample Cutter is a relatively inexpensive, sturdy, mechanical unit for the preparation of test samples. It is equipped with a safety locking system that shields the blades when the unit is not being used to prepare samples.
