An Essential In De-inking And Cleaning Studies

The Formax 1800H Laboratory Pulper is a high consistency pulper, separating secondary fibre from contaminate bodies, without excessive size reduction of the contaminates. An essential in de-inking and cleaning studies.

All wetted parts are stainless steel, mounted on a rugged tubular stainless steel base. The tank volume is 10.5 gallons (40 litres) with a capacity of 1800g at 7% consistency. The consistency range is 3-15%.

The unit has a convenient, rim mounted dilution/washout shower, with a 1″ pillow block shaft bearings and packing gland mounted 3/8″ thick bracket. It has a 2″ stainless steel, quick open dump valve. Available with either fixed of variable speed.

Gear belt pulley drive system, with a 3hp 230/460V, 50/60Hz, 3 Phase TEFC motor.
