Often designed and produced to meet high specifications for very specialised requirements, it’s vital that non-wovens are produced consistently and accurately. Many have relatively slow rates of production, cannot be reworked, aren’t recycleable and waste is expensive.

Our range includes sample preparation and strength testing instruments and more specialised units such as the Handle-o-meter – for measuring the handle of the sheet, the combination of stiffness, softness and friction and the Alfa Cutter for taking accurate test pieces cleanly from non-woven sheets, a notoriously difficult process.
